Although we are not personally fans of Microsoft products because of the big problems, we decided to make this short tutorial.<\/p>\n<p>The instructions themselves require more steps than other email clients, but they are certainly not complicated and far from impossible.<\/p>\n<p>The first step is the easiest \ud83d\ude42 click next<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid aligncenter wp-image-982 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webhostingsrbija.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/outlook1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"677\" height=\"482\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>In this step, we choose that we want to create an Email account and then on next.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid aligncenter wp-image-983 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webhostingsrbija.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/outlook2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"678\" height=\"482\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.webhostingsrbija.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/outlook2.png 678w, https:\/\/www.webhostingsrbija.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/outlook2-300x213.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 678px) 100vw, 678px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Here we do not choose what outlook offered us, but choose another option as in the picture. The reason is because microsoft wrongly assumes a connection to the server unlike other email clients.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid aligncenter wp-image-984 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webhostingsrbija.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/outlook3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"678\" height=\"483\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>In this step we select POP3 and IMAP, that means connecting to our server and not theirs.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid aligncenter wp-image-985 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webhostingsrbija.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/outlook4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"679\" height=\"483\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>In this step, the entire connection to the server takes place.<\/p>\n<p>In the first field, enter the name that will appear with the email address.<br \/>\nThe second field is your email address<br \/>\nThird POP3 setup<br \/>\nFourth and fifth goes the incoming and outgoing email server. And that is mail.vasdomen.nesto, like ours is mail.webhostingsrbija.rs, replace it with your domain. If you are in doubt, ask support via the livechat option.<br \/>\nUsername is the ENTIRE email address, not just the first part of the email address.<br \/>\nThe password is the one you set yourself when creating that email address in cPanel.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid aligncenter wp-image-986 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webhostingsrbija.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/outlook5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"677\" height=\"483\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>When we have filled all this, we go to the lower right corner &quot;More settings...&quot; A new window will appear where we select the third tab &quot;Advanced&quot; and enter as shown in the picture. Literally like the picture.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid aligncenter wp-image-987 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webhostingsrbija.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/outlook6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"392\" height=\"436\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>After that, we click &quot;Ok&quot; and when that window closes, we go to next. You will see a window like in the image below where the program will perform a test which should look like this where it has successfully connected to the outgoing and incoming server. If not, check again whether you have filled in everything as per the instructions, if not contact support.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid aligncenter wp-image-988 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.webhostingsrbija.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/outlook7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"481\" height=\"249\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>Since we connected everything as we wanted, that&#039;s all.
