This position is an entry-level position that does not require prior experience in this field<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Responding to user inquiries via e-mail or LiveChat (in Serbian and English)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solving user problems and providing technical support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing clear and accurate information about our products and services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keeping records of all user requests and solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Required skills for this position include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Good communication skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic understanding of network protocols, servers and hosting concepts (not experience)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work in a team and solve problems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of the English language, both oral and written (b2).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any knowledge and experience with websites (WordPress type) is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Special conditions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>That he is under 30 years old.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That he lives in Ni\u0161 because the job is in the company premises, not remotely. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are ready to join our team, please send us your CV and cover letter.
