Each account has its own mailbox, password and storage quota. You access it via webmail from your browser or via email programs on your computer and phone (IMAP and SMTP).<\/p>\n\n<h2>1. Overview<\/h2>\n<p>Open in the menu <strong>Email<\/strong> well <strong>Email accounts<\/strong>. The tabs show the number of accounts and how many are active. Account actions<\/h2>\n<table>\n<thead><tr><th>Button<\/th><th>What does it do?<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr><td><strong>Manage<\/strong><\/td><td>Changes password, inbox quota, enables or disables receiving and sending mail, and changes account status (active or temporarily suspended).<\/td><\/tr>\n<tr><td><strong>Connect devices<\/strong><\/td><td>It shows the exact settings (server and ports) for the email program on the computer or phone.<\/td><\/tr>\n<tr><td><strong>Webmail<\/strong><\/td><td>Opens the mail in the browser, without settings.<\/td><\/tr>\n<tr><td><strong>Calendar<\/strong><\/td><td>Opens Calendar and Contacts (SOGo) for that account.<\/td><\/tr>\n<tr><td><strong>Delete<\/strong><\/td><td>Permanently deletes account and inbox.<\/td><\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n<h2>4. Connecting email programs<\/h2>\n<p>Button <strong>Connect devices<\/strong> provides ready-made settings for Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, iPhone or Android.
