For each tool, you define when the bot should use it (a description for artificial intelligence), a URL template with variable fields, and optionally from which part of the response to take the text. For each webhook you specify an address (HTTPS), and each call carries an HMAC signature in the header, so you can check that it really came from us. This easily connects to tools like Zapier, n8n and Make, or your own service.
