As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to user inquiries via e-mail or LiveChat (in Serbian and English)
- Solving user problems and providing technical support
- Providing clear and accurate information about our products and services
- Keeping records of all user requests and solutions
Required skills for this position include:
- Good communication skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Basic understanding of network protocols, servers and hosting concepts (not experience)
- Ability to work in a team and solve problems
- Knowledge of the English language, both oral and written (b2).
- Any knowledge and experience with websites (WordPress type) is an advantage.
Special conditions
- That he is under 30 years old.
- That he lives in Niš because the job is in the company premises, not remotely.
