Changing the domain registrant is necessary to modify some information about the owner of the domain or to change it completely.
Change of registrant
In order to change the domain registrant, you need to enter the client panel and then click the Edit domain code button
where we will see the options as in the image below.
After that, we will be shown data that we can change and save. Changed data is immediately updated and active.
Data change for .RS and .srb
Changing the registrant for .rs and .srb is a little different because it also requires manual verification of the data change. This entails the time set aside, which means that RNIDS charges for the change, and thus every registrar. For billing, contact your provider where you purchased the domain. If you bought the domain from us, contact support to create an account to change the registrant. After paid account you need to download this PDF file which you need to fill out and send the file to us at the email address, where we will forward it to RNIDS for checking and verification.
Change email address
When it comes to changing the email address, the verification link is sent to the old email address where after the confirmation the email address is automatically changed and it was changed immediately. A notification about the change of email address is sent to the new email address.
