3 LiveChat options

You can implement LiveChat on your site very quickly, regardless of whether it is a CMS or an ordinary HTML site.
There are a huge number of LiveChat offers, the vast majority are paid, but there are also those that have some starter packages that are free but have a very large number of limitations.

We will list 3 options.

  1. Tawk.to is a somewhat ideal option-price combination
  2. JivoChat very nice with lots of options
  3. Zopim is perhaps the most used in our country
  • tawk.to and we use primarily free and slow. Unlimited agents, unlimited simultaneous conversations, unlimited triggers and more.

You can adjust the appearance of the chat itself, highly reviewed admin panel without java, fast. Definitely any recommendation.
They have shortcuts where you already have prepared answers to frequently asked questions.

The negative thing is that it is not complete, there is still a lot to adjust and edit. Verovanto will also release paid versions in the next year because they have gathered a very large number of clients.

  • I used JivoChat before I found out about tawk.to. There are many, many options. I really like the option where you can show the user where to click and the user actually sees it.

Your plugin is better done, also the admin part is well reviewed and simple.

The basic package provides much more than the others provide. It also has a paid version which is $10 per month.

The downside is that it is not completely free and the most useful options are only available in the paid version.

  • Zopim is one of the most popular in our country and, in my opinion, the worst from this offer. It's not bad, but for options that don't pay, it offers the least.

As for the plugin itself, there is no need to add anything because it does not stand out in particular.

There are not many negative features in the paid version, but there are a lot of them in the free version. It is very very limited. The most annoying thing is that you can't have multiple conversations at the same time. The paid version per agent is $14 which is a lot compared to JivoChat which has a bunch of options for only $10 this is also more expensive and there are not as many options in the paid version.

As with everything, it comes down to personal taste. Who likes what and who needs what. Certainly, in Serbia, one looks first at the price and then at the options. What is currently on offer is tawk.to offers a lot of options and a mobile application and it is completely free but not all options are correct, while JivoChat offers a lot more options and all are functional but at a price of ten dollars, while the worst offer is currently Zopim which has a lot of limitations in the free version and in other cheaper paid options.

For a very large number of tawk.to users, it will be an ideal solution because the requirements are small. Those who are a little more demanding will have to set aside a certain amount to help their clients with every problem.
