Web hosting performance

Why is uptime important?

First of all, uptime is the key thing when it comes to hosting, because it means that the more it is available, the more your visitors can visit your site.

What is included in uptime?

Literally everything is included in the uptime. And when the server is restarted due to server update or anything else, due to a hardware failure, due to an error in the software. Literally everything that affects whether or not your site is accessible.

There are also hosting providers that guarantee 100% uptime, but in the terms of use they state that those 100%s are not counted when the server is unavailable due to announced hardware replacements or maintenance or server updates. Of course, as you already understood, this is a marketing trick and a scam because hardly anyone reads the terms of use.

Uptime for the month of November was 100%.

Below is the uptime for the year 2018 where the server was unavailable for less than 6 minutes for the whole year which means the rest of the time it was available for everyone.

In the past year, we also had a hard disk failure, but due to the infrastructure we set up, the server was still available because of the parallel disks that are working, so it is not noticed when something similar happens.

January - 99.998% (sites were not visible for 52 seconds)

February - 99.999% (sites were not visible for 26 seconds)

March – 100%

April – 100%

May – 100%

June - 99.997% (sites were not visible for 1 minute and 18 seconds)

July – 100%

August – 100%

September - 99.996% (sites were not visible for 1 minute and 45 seconds)

October - 99.998% (sites were not visible for 52 seconds)

November – 100%

In addition, on each hosting account you have HTTP/2 active, SSL for each domain and subdomain, RailGun and CloudFlare even for smaller packages of 800 dinars for a year. Each hosting account is located on identical servers that have SSD NVMe in a parallel connection where such a high uptime is enabled.

Of course with all these benefits and LiveChat where support is available from 9 am to 1 pm every day even during weekends and holidays.

And finally, I would like to quote our client who stated today:

How is it possible that you are always available?
