If you want to deactivate/delete a service you have with us because you no longer want to use it, you can do it from the client panel.
The service will deactivate itself when it expires and you don't need to do anything, just ignore the pre-bills for that service and it will deactivate itself and then be deleted.

After you have accessed the client panel, click on "Edit" for the service (hosting, domain...) you want to deactivate/delete and then go to Delete account service and click on Change.
After that you will get as in the image below (this is an example to delete hosting account)
Where you need to enter the domain of the hosting account you want to delete this is to prevent you from accidentally deleting the wrong account. When you enter the domain and click on Outline services, it will be deleted.
This is an irreversible action, once deleted it cannot be returned.
Note for domain deletion:
The domain cannot be completely deleted in the sense that after deleting the domain from the client panel, the domain will be in a state of deactivation but will not become free for registration. The domain will be deactivated until its expiration and the procedure after expiration will be the same as for domains that are active.
