From now on, activation of ordered services is even faster.
Although the speed of activating services so far has been far better than others, we realized that this is almost the most important thing when ordering, so we decided to go one step further. We have implemented an additional system that will enable even faster activation. Now, with each payment, the payment is directly connected to the server and activated.
Until now, activation was within a few minutes to a few hours (2-3), and now it's a matter of seconds and minutes.
How does it actually help? Until now, we have often (very often) checked the account using ebanking and thus performed activations, our advantage is that the working hours are from 9 in the morning to 1 in the evening, so the activations were on holidays and weekends even when the banks were not working. And now we have also automated that part, where we have considerably shortened the activation time.
During testing in the week behind us, the latest activation time was 4 minutes from the moment of payment.
