Hello, you have probably been or will be in a situation where you will not be able to access the site for any reason and you need to change the theme to basic in order to make the appropriate changes and get the site up and running.
- Login to cPanel (or any other client panel that the hosting provider provides)
- phpMyAdmin
- Find wp_options
- In wp_options, find the "template" and "stylesheet" fields, in those two fields (by double-clicking on the theme name or clicking on edit), enter the name of the new theme that is already on the site.
If you type, pay attention to upper and lower case letters!
