If you want to transfer the database from hosting to hosting or you have made a backup and now want to restore it, you can do it in the following way:
cPanel – phpMyAdmin
A new window will open, after that you need to click on your base on the left.
After that, find "Import" in the upper part. After that, by clicking on the "Choose file" button, find the database file that you want to insert and then click on "Go" at the bottom of the page. It is the simplest and shortest way to insert the base.
It is very important that you follow the "character set", it is set to UTF8, which I assume you need too. If this is not the case, choose the way your previous database was set up.
