If you cannot access the FTP server, it is most likely one of two problems.
The first problem is that you may have entered the wrong password more than 3 times and thus been banned.
Solution: Contact us with your IP address and we will unblock you.
Another problem is if you sign up but don't get a list of directories.
Solution: Set your FTP client (filezilla) instead of FTP to SFTP to your domain (www.vasdomen.rs instead of ftp.vasdomen.rs) and then make sure that the connection is active and not passive.
That should solve your problem. Of course, if you don't succeed with one program, try another program before contacting us.
