If it happened that you accidentally deleted public_html or www, the only solution is to restore the hosting.
The rule is that you may not delete or change files-folders that are OUTSIDE the public_html folder. These files contain data that is NECESSARY for the operation of your account. If you delete them there is a high possibility that you will not be able to use cPanel completely.
If there is something taking up space on your account and you think it is unnecessary, contact us and explain which file it is and you will receive an answer as to whether it is safe to delete it or not.
So files and folders that are only inside public_html can be changed and deleted, but not everything outside it.
