You will be offered automatic backups on the site in the "Backups Available for Download" section, but you can also create a Backup yourself by clicking on the "Generate backup" button. The zipped backup will be saved in your home folder and you will receive an email when the file is generated.
Note that you need to have enough space for the backup. If you currently have 500mb occupied, then count on another 500mb for backup if you have free time so that you don't block your account.
